Here is what I have created:

This is my husbands all time favourite thing to do, like mine is scrapping.

I have used the word Live,

buttons , stencilling and a square photo ( which I hope passes as I stuck it down and had to peel it off and cut it down as best as I could ).

My handmade item is my happy day flair from Eve at Funky Flair Studio (FB ).

Well I just made the last day for this challenge so off to submit it now, fingers crossed.

This month over at Scrap Our Stash the challenge was:

Create a layout and you must include the specific items and quantities on the list below:

5 ~ Patterned Papers

4 ~ Stickers or Cardstock Stickers

3 ~ Numbers

2 ~ Stamps or Rub ons

1 ~ Paint or mist

**Note you can use more than, but not less than the quantity mentioned of each item.

 Each item only counts once..for example if you use numbered patterned paper, you cannot count it as one of your (5) patterned papers and as one of your numbers.  

You are also allowed to add anything else you desire to complete your layout.

Well here is what I have created:

 

This is from a girls couple of days in Sydney with my friend. I love how you can see the scenery through the glass.

My 5 patterned papers are from my scrap stash and are behind my photo.

My 4 stickers are the love heart near my friend, what's a girl to do, life on my photo and the little flower pot ( which I have had for years ).

My 3 numbers are obvious.

My 2 stamps or rub ons are the flower strips and the words things I love ( I used to get frustrated with rub ons but now I like that most times they don't work so call them rustic ).

My 1 paint is obvious ( It is a new rustic paint I recently brought and it has a rough texture ).

This has been fun diving into that stash of mine.

Scrap The Girls Challenge.

PLEASE

This is my first time entering over at Scrap The Girls.

I heard about the site from Charm on Facebook.

Here is the sketch:

 

What a lovely sketch and this is what I created:

 

I love the colours from this LO and of course my great friends that I'm with.

The paper is Kaiser, Flourish with a Bling vine, flowers and I also glossy accented the chipboard title from Kaszazz.

White With 1 Challenge.

If you are here PLEASE become a follower of mine.

I thought I would give White with 1 another go this month and here is the lucky colour:

Here is what I have created:

A mini tornado ripped through a close town near ours and created quite a lot of destruction.

We went for a drive to have a look a couple of weeks later and were so surprised to see for ourselves.

I used a mask and placed a circle of paper in the middle and applied texture paste, I sprayed with ink, made my own clouds etc, etc.

I usually create a double LO and like to pop it here for family and friends to see.

So here it is:

Stuck Sketches Challenge.

I found this lovely sketch over at Stuck Sketches and thought I would give it a go. 

Here is the Sketch:

I was away at retreat  and took this sketch with me, this is what I came up with:

 

I flipped some of the design. I used some old papers I had and loved which I mixed with modern chipboard. I cut my photo into 3 which worked well.

I just wish I had more time to scrap.

White ..... with 1 Challenge.

Hi everyone if you are over here checking out my post please become a follower of mine.

I have created a LO for White with 1 which I haven't participated in for quite a while now.

Here is the challenge this month:

 

I love this colour but don't use it very often.

My daughter sells Stamp'in up and one of their new colours is Blackberry Bliss, once I saw this challenge I knew this was the time to use it.

Here is what I have come up with:

It is a bit late and hard to take a great photo, but it's not too bad.

I also used the matching paper and white ink.

I usually like to create a double LO and pop it up here for family and friends to see so here it is:

The Color Room Challenge.

Hi if you are over here, please become a follower of mine.

I have just discovered this great blog called The Color Room and thought I would give the challenge this month ago.

Here is what is required:

 

They are great colours and I love the addition of a household item which is a credit card.

Here is what I have come up with:

I had fun with this LO and used scraps for my border, which I haven't created before and haven't seen it any where before.

My credit card I have glued onto my LO, it is actually an old credit card of mine and the colour was a perfect match.

I usually create a double and love to pop it up for family and friends to see, so here it is:

 

Ok now all I have to do is load it to the site and cross my fingers.

I have made my own hot pink flowers and the little pink ones too.

The cream one is from Flourish with a bling.

These two are my adorable niece and nephew.

Kreative Koncept Challenge No: 30

Kreative Koncepts Challenge no:28

Hello everyone here I am back doing a challenge over at Kreative Koncepts.

I just couldn't resist this lovely sketch, although I couldn't find photo's for the sketch so I cut my one photo into three pieces. I love the finished results.

These flowers are just stunning and smell the best.

They grow everywhere in Thailand.

Unfortunately you can not see all the shimmer on this LO. I first applied molding paste over a stencil, spritzed it with glimmer mist and then drew around a few patterns.

SUYS Challenge!

Hi guys!

Well I have completed another challenge over at SUYS

Here is the requirements for this month:

 

You must have the following included on your LO:

 a square, a rectangle, bunting, a circle, a banner, a splash of paint or ink, and a handmade item!

This photo was taken on an early morning walk at a retreat and it was a beautiful way to start the day.

Sketchy Boards - From Facebook Challenge.

Hi guys just a quick post before going to work.

I found Sketchy Boards on FB.

It is a bit confusing the site and I couldn't post it with the others.

Anyway I gave it a go, so here is the sketch:

This was very cute and I might give it a go some other time.

Here is what I created:

 

My background was created from using my stencils leftovers. 

I had already used the stencil and then blotted it onto two other white cardstock pieces.

These photo's are of my 50th birthday.

I usually create a double LO and like to pop it up here for family and friends to see.

So here it is:

When I went to pop this on Sketchy boards FB page I now think that this colour board went with it too, which I didn't follow. Anyway better luck next time.

Flourish With A Bling Challenge.

Hi guys just a quick post today to show you all my entry

 into FWAB challenge for this month.

Here is the sketch :

 

It is so pretty. I had fun with this one. 

Here is my LO:

The colours haven't come up as well on the photo and all the butterfly's are from gold cardstock. Golden is also gold stickers.

Anyway I had fun creating this. 

I cut a circle from an old piece of cardstock, placed the circle on the cardstock and sprayed and created dribbles from it. I dried the paint, then placed the cardstock back on that had the circle cut from and used my ink pad, sponge and stencil. Love the end result.

I usually create a double and love to pop this up for family and friends to see.
