This is a little rude of my new granddaughter who is 1 now.

I used a kit from Funky Flairs, which is gorgeous and I still have heaps left.

Here is a close up of my pleats:

This looks more peach.
And this one looks more pink, I can't win ha ha.

That's it for today.
Bye for now.

Picture This! November Challenge.

Hi there,
I have just completed the challenge over at Picture This!
This is for November and boy the year has flown.
Here is the sketch for this month:

I have twisted and turned the sketch and this is what I have created:

This is me out with my girlfriends.
I usually create a double LO and the rest of the story is on this one.
I like to pop it up for friends and family to see.
So here it is:

The colours aren't the best in both photo's but
you can see what I'm talking about.
That is it for now.
Bye.
Kerry.

Scrap The Girls Challenge.

Hi here I am over at Scrap The Girls November challenge.
Here is the sketch for this month:

It is a cute little sketch.
I completed this while on retreat and here it is:

This is some great photo's of my friend.
We were at our special guessing dinner party and she didn't guess a spoon or utensils for this round so she and a few of the others had to eat their desert with their fingers it was hilarious and so much fun.
I had to eat mine with a dry biccy.
I usually like to create a double LO and like to pop here for family and friends. This is what I created:

The other side is pocket pages.

Well that's it for today.
Bye for now.
Kerry.

Here's just a little close up:

That is all for today.

art work which is amazing.
This will surely inspire us.
Here it is:

 This is my creation:

This is my gorgeous grand daughter enjoying her corn cob which she loves.

I have applied gesso, sprayed, dribbled and splatted paint, stamped etc etc.
I have used a Charms Creation heart and page tab.
This is a fun page I love it.

I usually create double LO's and like to pop it here for friends and family to see, so here it is:

D-lish Scraps Challenge.

Hi everyone here I am with my entry into this months challenge over at D-lish Scarps. Here is the mood board:

I thought a black and white photo would go well with these colours and I don't tend to do many black and white photo's, so this was great fun.
Here is what I created:

This is a photo of myself and my grand daughter trying to take selfies.
The LO didn't photograph as well as I would have liked but I love it.
I would have never used these colours either but they are great together.

I used this months kit and a couple of things from last month too.
The stencil was a great idea and instead of using it as a cross or plus sign, I rotated it and used it as kisses. How versatile is that.

I usually create a double LO and like to pop it up here for family and friends to see. So here it is:

Well that is it for now.
If you are reading this please become a follower of mine.
Until next time, bye.

Kraft Plus Challenge.

Here I am with another entry into Kraft Plus Challenge for October,
boy the months are flying by fast.
Here is what was required for this month:

Well once I started I thought OMG I have so much stuff to use ha ha,
 like everyone I'm sure.
Here is what I created:

It probably isn't as exciting as some of the other entries but I'm pleased with it.

I used heaps of ribbon ( in case you hadn't noticed ha ha ), The star sparkly paper I brought years ago and had a problem using it, it would never work with what I was trying to do. I have also used a bird sticker and rub on's.

The cake was made for me, to relate to me loving scrap booking and I loved it. The photo's were edible too.

I popped on a Charms Creation butterfly heart and a Funky Flair - flair.

I usually create a double LO and like to pop it here
for family and friends to see so here it is:

That's it for today.
Bye for now.
Kerry.

Picture This! Challenge.

Hi here I am fresh from retreat and heaps of L.O.'s later.
My first challenge I have completed is from Picture This!
This is the requirements for this month:
Layers + fussy cutting + 1 photo.
Here is what I have come up with:

This isn't the retreat I went to but I had fun creating this page.
Unfortunately the colouring isn't quite right, it was the best I could get.

I have 1 photo ( tick ), layering - plasters mesh, hessian, old book pages, chipboard etc ( tick ) and I fussy cut my big red flowers as well as the little blue and mustard ones ( tick ).

I normally create a double layout and like to pop it here for friends and family to see, so here it is:

That is it for today.
If you are visiting please become a follower of mine.
Bye for now.

Kraft Plus Challenge.

Here I am with another entry into Kraft + challenge, this time for August.
Here is the requirements for this month:

I didn't get to use my monthly pack from D-lish Scraps which was
from July and guess what? it has a tassel in it.
So here is what I have created:

I have applied some texture paste then stamped into it, to make an impression. I have then added some pink shimmer. To top it off I have stamped the same image with brown ink.
The tassel is made from, it feels like leather and a gorgeous colour too.
I have used a kit from D-lish Scraps and a tag from Charms Creation.
Well that is it for today.
Bye.
Kerry.
P.S. please become a follower of mine.

Picture This Challenge.

I have just discovered this blog challenge from someone posting it on Facebook and thought I would check it out.
Here is this months challenge over at Picture This!:

I first brought a bag of fluffy balls and was going
to do wonders with them, but they didn't work!!!
So then I chose the photo's with similar colours to the mood board.
It all happened from there and I don't say it was easy
but that's what I like, a challenge and it was.
Here is what I created:

I did get my balls in ha ha, also banners, pinks, lime green,
the sticks from the rafters, etc, etc.
I have used a Charms Creation star and a Funky Flair flair.
I'm happy with the end result.
I usually create double LO's and love to pop it
here for friends and family to see so here it is:

That's it for today and I now see there is a second challenge on the blog for this month I hope to give it a go too.
Bye for now.

Here is what I created:

The views were just beautiful.
This was taken from the pool area looking up into the valley.
To the right was the lake.
I have used a kit from D-lish Scraps from last month which I didn't get around to using and a Charms Creation map finder.
I usually create a double LO as I have more to show and love to put it up here for family and friends to see.
So here it is :

As I said this place was beautiful.
