Purple Pumpkins Challenge.

This is the first time Purple Pumpkin have had a challenge and the first time I have brought any embellishments as I have just discovered their blog. I couldn't wait to get my parcel in the mail, lucky I didn't have to wait long. So I had to use a few on my page as I loved them all too much.

This gorgeous sketch was designed by Anne Patterson, isn't it fabulous? I can't wait to have a go at this myself!

So...the challenge is to create a layout or card using this sketch, and it must have a Purple Pumpkin embellie on there somewhere.

There will be 2 prizes up for grabs...a $25 Purple Pumpkin voucher and a $15 voucher. 1st prize will be decided by the design team and the 2nd prize will be a random draw, so everyone has a chance to win. So what are you waiting for? Get scrapping and use up some of your Purple Pumpkin stash!! When you've completed your layout, link it up in the sidebar. Entries close at midnight 31st May.

Here is my take on the sketch.

Here's a close up of my Purple Pumpkin treasures.

Well as you can see I'm still getting the hang of this blog and have had my last photo the wrong way round and didn't know how to flip it. You get the idea. Anyway this has been fun, now to try and link it to Purple Pumpkins site that could be fun too. I hope someone see's this now. Bye for now Kerry.
