Last weeks Friday Night Challenge.

Well I'm slack again or just busy, busy, busy. I cannot copy and paste the sketch any more from http://scraphappykat.blogspot.com/ but some of the requirements were: use blue, ribbon, multi photo's, use brads, eyelets, pearls etc. Here is my take:
