Black With Two Challenge.

I really LOVE this page. These are the requirements:
DOMINANT BLACK CARDSTOCK BASE ONLY
WITH WHITE ..
AND STRIPES ..YOUR STRIPES MUST BE IN BLACK AND WHITE ALSO .

This is the welcome and thankyou photo we got from our neighbour after we gave them a present for their new little one. The black and white is so striking and suited this photo { even though the photo is dark brown and blue, which is what I was orginally going to use }. The big brackets are chipboard, the photo corners, feet and title are all cut from my cricut, which I couldn't do with out. I also stamped over the title. Off I go now to link it to their blog.
